Our leaders as well as our people on the ground are caught napping.
Where’s Parliamentary Ethic Committee regarding this flouting of the Constitution by Executive?
During lockdown Ramaphosa bridged Oath of Office thrice.
1. As chair of National Council he announced donations for Disaster Relief Funds! Only to appear to have been a loan to SMMEs.
2. As chair of National Council Command he allowed special dispensation to export wine during Covid 19 lockdown under Disaster Management Act 57 of 2003
3. As chair of National Council Command he went out solo and announce the lifting of a ban for sale of cigarette during Covid 19 lockdown contravening Disaster Management Act 57 of 2002.
Ramaphosa must respect his Oath of Office,Any foul play or lie or unethical behavior or comment put his Oath of Office in line!
