SA Beyond "Shit-Hole" Syndicate for Thugs, AmaGintsa Thieves Elucidators- STATE of SA~Xolani Dube

Updated: Jun 1, 2023

It really boggles the mind indeed, how can the " Money " just disappear from the Bank Accounts of Government Departments and nobody is made to Account as to what they did with Taxpayers'MONEY, BUT it seems this is a NEW NORMAL with this administration of thieves ,thugs , amaGintsa, and luciferians who are a law unto themselves having captured everything that used to form a STATE. Here below Xolani Dube ask questions trying to make sense of what State is this Country in :

"In 2018, one, Mike Mabuyakhulu, the former MEC for Economic Development in yje ANC run legislature in KZN, and 15 others, were charged with fraud, corruption and money laundering. This was as a result of a R 28 Million of taxpayers money meant for what was called "The North Sea" jazz festival to be held in Durban, KZN, that went missing! That show NEVER took place nor was the money ever returned to the state.

5 years and R 28 Million later, Mike Mabuyakhulu and his 15 co-accused are found NOT guilty of all charges and we, the public, have not recovered a cent of the money meant for the festival organized in our name. We are still R28 Million poorer and the suspects are free! Who then took our money, we should ask?

We simply cannot avoid asking ourselves these very serious questions with respect to our criminal justice system. It is fast becoming a normal expectation that high profile criminal cases very seldom get convictions.

It has become normal for such "high profile" cases to drag on and on until all "evidence" disappears.

It has become normal for judges to chastise the law enforcement agencies for the dereliction of their duties, and we as the citizens are expected to accept that!

Surely we don't expect the state to win all the cases on our behalf, but at least we should see some effort from our law enforcement agencies, that work, and hard work at that, has been done! To date, I'm afraid, their hard work, dedication and effort, has been proven to be a rare commodity and very difficult to come by!

If one examines most of those cases, you will find that they are often accused of not preparing their cases well and as a result, many postponements become necessary and inevitable. This continues until presiding judges feel the court's time is being wasted and they throw these out of the courts cases.

Is this a deliberate deliberate act on the part of our law enforcement agencies or is it a question of "difficult" cases for which concrete evidence is hard to find and put together? I'm more inclined to believe the former may be correct because the patterns are almost similar and persistent.

YOU BE THE JUDGE.
