NPA Conduct under scrutiny in the leave to appeal President Zuma's prior application for a permanent stay of prosecution.President Zuma's legal team argued the court has NOT considered the matters before it fairly and according to the rule of law as it requires in matters of Constitutionality of NPA Conduct and how it violated President Zuma's Own Constitutional Rights. That conduct (unconstitutional)gives doubts President Zuma will ever have a fair trial in the courts should the issues raised be ignored so to "CONDONE" NPA's unconstitutional CONDUCT. The Legal Team lead by Adv.Skhakhane is convinced a higher court >SCA will each a different conclusion and agree to grant the applicant his leave for permanent stay. Meanwhile Thales lawyers sought leave to appeal the matter straight to the Constitutional Court, putting emphasis on the pertinent issue of the POWERS of NDPP>Section 179 which can and SHOULD be decided by the CONCOURT as if misinterpreted would have vast &detrimental effects on the entire judiciary and the Constitution itself going forward. As its become a norm the Skhakhane Team forwarded compelling and legally sound arguments,it is such a pleasure to watch and listen our own wood in action, these gentlemen make us proud to be BLACK and unapologetic.Amandla✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
