"A weaponized judiciary against President Zuma"~RET CHAMPION... Shezi

Media Release

Date: 15 April 2021

It is no conspiracy theory when President Jacob Zuma says there's a law for everyone and one set aside specifically for him.

Taking into concideration the latest developments this conspiracy is truth; President Zuma has lost an appeal to set aside at the "notorious North Gauteng High Court" ruling that stripped him of state funding for his Arms Deal case.

This is appalling to say the least and a clear indication that the laws of this country have been remodeled for certain individuals.

South Africans must now be cognizant of the fact that the judiciary is a weapon used to wage a political war with the President.

President Jacob Zuma, a key protagonist of the revolution is deliberately being hunted down and persecuted.

This judgement is distantly punitive in contrast to Aparthied Criminals namely Voter Bason and Malan; the State paid for thier exorbitant legal fees yet they'd commited the most diabolical and deplorable acts against Black people and human kind as a whole.

It has always been a perception that the treatment of white offenders by the criminal justice system has been lenient.

If you're white in South Africa you can take advantage in every part of the legal process, including the punishment a white man receives is different.

This judgement has just enshrined white supremacy and has clearly defined it as above the law!

Dr Wouter Basson former head of the country's secret chemical and biological warfare project, Project Coast.

Here's a list of nefarious acts conducted by Project Coast;

Dr Wouter Basson conducted a search

for a "black bomb" - a biological weapon that would only attack black people.

Dr Basson provided security forces with cyanide to help them commit suicide. "Weaponised" thousands of 120mm mortar bombs with teargas to disperse protesters.

Provided drugs that would disorientate prisoners.

Injected black women infertility drugs without thier consent or knowledge.

The State had to foot the R15million bill for his legal fees and it did, infact the ANC spokesperson Keith Khoza had this to say “To the extent that the law prescribes that the state must pay for his legal costs … we have to accept that reality.”

Former defence minister Magnus Malan and 10 senior officers in their complicit murder trial of a massacre of 13 civilians at KwaMakhuta in KwaZulu-Natal.

The indictment against Malan and the others includes allegations about a secret sub- committee of the State Security Council which approved millions of rands for training Inkatha hit squads in the Caprivi from 1986.

The State also footed the bill of these mass murders of Black people.

We as the RET Champion ponder and are in the firm belief that it is time for a judicial inquest!

The witch hunt on President Zuma has opened up Pandora's Box at the reality of the South African Judiciary.

The damming evidence that is surfacing daily on several judges who have personal relationships and are even business partners with members of the ANC in key political positions is becoming difficult to ignore.

The allegations of judges appearing on the infamous CR17 Bank statements also can't continually be ignored.

The judiciary is supposed to be a pillar of justice and strict regard for what is morally right.

But the reality of it all we are sitting with a captured judiciary and its ugly tentacles are far reaching, in fact the maggots have eaten at the core.

We as the RET Champion belive it's high time the ruling party the ANC looks at dismantling and destroying all forms, pillars and structures of neo colonialism, derived and conceptualized specifically to further oppress the Black majority of this country.

The same system

that disenfranchised the Black people and took our land in 1913, the same system that in 1972 hanged Solomon Mahlangu.

The same system that legalized Apartheid for 45 years.

The same system that sentenced the Rivonia Trialist in 1964 to a lifetime of imprisonment is still the same system that we expect to serve us justice today.

To deny President Zuma legal fees for his defense on matters that arose on his service to the country is a well calculated effort to render him weak and defenseless against judicial system that has been perceived to bias and unfair towards him. As an organization we are going to encourage the masses of our people to start to contribute to a fund that will pay for President Zuma's legal costs. We may be denied work opportunities and government tenders but we will never turn our back on the father of RET .
