Last week it was SAA,within four days its now PRASA that is hastily "put under Administration" which effectively is nothing other than ensuring that the looting of a Strategic Transport Sector is done by Rothchilds's puppets with no interference from the Real ANC cadres.
It would be remembered that both SAA and PRASA were part of Transnet and were amongst the best perfoming subsidiaries in the mid-90s putting Transnet on the global map. It is in 1995 that the West started hatching the plan to " privatise" SOEs. At the time Trevor Manuel who is a known Rothchilds puppet and a member of UDF-cabal project that is now in-charge at Luthuli House via the R1billion PrePaidPresident was Finance Minister at the time who orcherstrated the "unbundling" of Transnet and later planted his inexperienced wife Maria Ramos at the helm of Transnet. At this stage the looting project started under Sakhi Macozoma gained momentum with SAA "selling" almost 90percent of its fleet to a company associated with Coleman Andrews and the Rothchilds, opening unmanned offices in Miami which have throughout become the business Headquarters of SAA amid questioning by former SAA Board through its Chairperson Dudu Myeni.
The looting project of South Africa's strategic asset-Transport seem to have derailed during President Zuma's administration hence the narrative " 9 wasted years", which it is now clear that it was a reference to 9 wasted years of Rothchilds and ilk not being able to finish up what they had started back then viz. CAPTURING The STATE OF SOUTH AFRICA. With the Nasrec heist, followed by a "soft coup",the West has managed to place their own agents and puppets at the right places with a mandate to accellerate the New World Order Agenda and its happening at an accellerated pace indeed only the naive people cannot see what really is going on here. When Key Strategic Assets of a sovereign State are attacked whether economically or physically or politically it only signals one thing, viz. WAR.
"BREAKING: Mbalula dissolves Prasa interim board, places it under administration
37 minutes ago Sibongile Khumalo
Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has dissolved the interim board of Prasa and placed the struggling state-owned entity under administration with immediate effect.
Bongisizwe Mpondo has been appointed as its administrator. Mbalula on Monday described Mpondo as an "entrepreneur who has an extensive record in corporate governance and working with public institutions to improve operational efficiencies". He has served on the boards of the East London Industrial Development Zone, South African Express and South African Airways.
Mbalula also announced that the secondment of the acting group CEO, Dr Nkosinathi Sishi, has been withdrawn with immediate effect.
The passenger rail agency has been rocked by allegations of administrative inefficiencies and corruption involving top executives, with former transport minister Blade Nzimande once suggesting that it had for a long time been used as as an ATM.
An attempt to turn around the company has led to suspensions of numerous senior managers implicated in allegations of improper, irregular, corrupt, fruitless and wasteful expenditure.
In October, the Auditor General of South Africa, Kimi Makwetu, gave Prasa a disclaimed audit opinion for the 2018/19 financial year, citing the regression on instability of executive management, and a lack of accountability by senior officials to address findings made by the AG over the years.
The rail agency has also come under scrutiny for not spending its budget allocation for required capital projects.
Early this month, Mbalula told members of Parliament that a permanent chief executive officer and other critical executives would soon be appointed, following months of leadership instability. Interim CEO Sibusiso Sithole, quit in February, after eight months on the job.
Nzimande appointed the interim board in April 2018 to turn around the ailing rail agency."
